Nice place to stay with the kids.

Hotel is not so big, so easy to reach beach, swimming pool, or canteen. Prosecco was very good. Swimming pool oriented to the kids, but water could be little warmer. Has good playground for kids.

Breakfast could be more continental. Some small parts of the rooms and bathrooms, need to be fixed. Some beach umbrelas, sunbeds need to be fixed or changed.

We booked an “Executive Studio with Sea View”. The room description said that the private balcony offered panoramic sea views. In fact, we received a room with a side balcony and views of neighboring balconies.

A nice sunny holiday in April!

Our short vacation in April was very pleasant, the hotel was large enough, but there was no overcrowding. Unexpectedly, when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, and to our surprise we got a room on the ground floor, where we immediately had the opportunity to go to the pool. The room was decent, cleaned up every day. The food was varied and tasty, something for everyone. We ate only in the main restaurant, unfortunately we couldn't get time elsewhere. The pool was nice, there were sunbathing chairs for everyone and there was more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was rocky nearby and with high waves, so you can mainly swim in the pool or a little away you can also get to the sea. Immediately near the hotel there is a beautiful promenade, along which it was good to walk.

The first night we could not sleep, because somewhere near the window a generator or ventilation was working loudly. But our concern was resolved, and in the following nights this concern did not exist. Probably because we were on the ground floor we had ants in the room, it was unpleasant.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and the facilities were really good. The pools were amazing, and there were always lifeguards present. The food was excellent, and the location was amazing. Right on the beach. The buses come regularly just outside the hotel. We took the bus back to the airport at €2 euros each, which took us 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are two beds put together.

Our room faced out onto the pool. People were allowed to stay outside all night sitting by the pool even though that area was closed, and they were loud. They stayed up till 3 in the morning with kids and adults shouting and laughing loudly. I understand they are on holiday. But so am i, and i want to be able to sleep. I needed to use ear plugs so I could sleep. If I went to paphos out of season again and I was travelling with my family, I would use this hotel again, but I would ask for an inland frontage room, not a sea view. purely because I want to sleep. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you want peace and quiet. This hotel is lively even during out of season, but apparently, according to hotel staff, it gets even louder during peak times. The other hotels all seemed to be very quiet compared to ours. I must say, It is a lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

Amazing food, lovely staff, great view

Incredible staff! We travelled with our 1 year old, everyone stopped to smile and say hi to her, make friends with her. There was a shift manager lady with long black hair, I'm so annoyed I didn't ask for her name.. Always stopped to chat with us, she was funny and kind. I know it's her job to say hi and be friendly, but she did it so effortlessly and with such honesty,that if anyone from the upper management reads this, please give her a raise :-D Also loved Rebekka, the bartender, we chatted a few times and she was lovely. The food was also superb. There were always plenty of salads and veggies, fish was an option at every lunch and dinner, and I loved the themes for dinner (curry night, italien night, asian noodles night, etc.) I was a little worried because I read in the comments that the food is repetitive. Honestly,I don't think it was... we stayed for 7 nights, and I could always find something new to eat. Although dessert was too sweet for my taste (everything just tasted like sugar and honey), so I usually had cheese platter with dries fuits and wine instead We had sea view rooms, the view was beautiful. The beach that belongs to the hotel is rocky, no chance to swim there, but about 40 meters away is an other Leonardo hotel with sandy beach access, we just used that... it's small though, which was fine for us as we travelled in april, only 10 people on the beach.. I would imagine it gets crowded in the summer though.

When we arrived, we were told that some drinks, like branded alcohol and bottled water (!!) are not included in the all inclusive package, those would cost an extra 20 euros per day... for the whole week, for our party of 4 adults that would've been an additonal 560 euros!! We were very annoyed, especially about the bottled water. But later we realised that they had water machines all around the hotel with filtered water, so we could just refill our bottle... the missing branded alcohol wasn't an issue either, as the wine and beer were good, and we managed to find cocktails we liked. The other issue was with our bathroom. The bathtub had a silly glass side, that let all the water out, so after each shower the floor was soaking wet. Also, the toilet flush button kept getting stuck. And the balcony furniture could be upgraded, the white plastic chairs didn't feel very 4 star-like.

Decent all inclusive hotel

Overall very clean hotel. Friendly staff, decent buffet for all meals.

Wearing a wristband for all inclusive - could maybe think of an alternative such as coloured cards instead.

Spacious room. Excellent pools. Comfortable eating areas. Clean facilities.

More healthy food and drink choices for snack bites. More showers in common indoor areas. Could do a bit better on the meat options in meals(need more depth in flavor).

A really lovely holiday.

The bar staff in the lobby were really nice and the live music was great. The room was clean. The hotel felt very safe and the entertainment was good. The lifeguards were also really good and the pool was nice and clean. The food was really nice.

The room overlooked the industrial bit of another hotel but it wasn't too much of a problem. The room was also smaller and not as nice as the one we had the year before.

Wonderful staff. All inclusive - with a number of pool options and close to the ocean

Fully inclusive with plenty for the kids to do. Close to water sports and the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Don’t expect gourmet food - it was plentiful but relatively basic.

Wonderful

Food was tasty. Margarita in pool bar is highly recommended. We asked for high floor for sea view and it was amazing.

I didn't like that I couldn't visited a la carte restaurants. Because I was in hotel less than 3 days. Receptionist said me about it when I checked in. It is strange rule and Booking.com and Hotel didn't mentioned it before =(((

Great stay, will be coming back!

The staff were some of the most professional and attentive that I have experienced, and made the entire stay so relaxing. The proximity to the beach was also a big plus for us, as well as the fact that the harbour, with plenty of night life and things to do, was an easy walk away. The rooms were very comfortable and decorated nicely.

I feel that the menus at the specialist restaurant options (Asian, Greek and American) weren't as good as we expected. The quality of the food was good but the options to choose from, off menu were limited.
